So, here's to a review that I feel very mediocre about. But, I wanted to review it
and give you my thoughts b/c it may be something that you want to try.
Something that you should know about me is that I only wash my hair
about two times a week!! I am a big fan of dry shampoo and being
lazy with my hair. I personally like my hair better dirty b/c it looks
better and styles better.
So, when I went to trade secret several months ago and asked the girl to
recommend a shampoo/conditioner combo that would work well for me.
Something that will CLEANSE is my biggest need, but also something
that will hydrate my hair since it doesn't get conditioned very often.
She recommended this line to me. It's called Enjoy and it's the Hydrating line.
It is Sulfate Free which is becoming a big trend b/c it's supposed to be better
for your hair.... no harsh chemicals.
Pros
Smells Great
Very thick and creamy
Lathers up for clean feel
Leaves your hair feeling silky soft and blows dries out great
Cons
B/c it's sulfate free my hair feels dirty the NEXT DAY! ugh.
Thats really the only bad thing I can say about it, but for me it's a BIG con!
I don't want to use a product that leaves my hair feeling oily and dirty
after a day or two. So, for me personally I won't be using any more
Sulfate Free Shampoo/Conditioner anytime soon. Bring on the harsh chemicals
so I can get my nappy head clean!
However, if you wash and condition your hair every day you may really
"Enjoy" this product. No pun intended!
"Enjoy" Your Day!!
I agree on how big of a con that is! This shampoo I am using now, I can definitely tell a difference in how quickly I have to wash it again, even with dry shampoo.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I certainly would not "enjoy" that shampoo at all! Right now I can go two days without washing or using dry shampoo! I've been using Bioterra for color treated hair. I got it from Sally's, it's very affordable, and I love it!
ReplyDeleteRebecca, I use the Matrix Biolage and love it. It's very cleansing. I have used that brand from Sally's as well. It's basically just the off brand of Matrix.
