Product of the Day- Rimmel Gloss

Hello there, and Happy Tuesday. I hope your Tuesday has been better than
mine. Car trouble right before Christmas = a whole lot of NOT FUN!! Boo.

Anyway, trying to stay positive and focus on all the blessings and not the unfortunate
things that catch us off guard.

Anywhoo, Today's POTD is a gloss I have found myself reaching for quiet often.
Rimmel moisturizing gloss in Purple Rescue is a gorgeous bright shade that is actually
very wearable and a fun pop of color for anytime, but especially during Holiday season.

This picture was taken with a flash so it looks a little bit brighter than
what it actually is. Plus, I had put several coats on to try to get a good pic.

This shade can be very sheer or built up for more color.

It is very moisturizing and feels great on your lips. My only complaint is
like most glosses it doesn't have good lasting power. Comes off very easily
after talking or taking a few sips of your drink.

This is a very affordable gloss that can be found at any drugstore.

What is your favorite gloss to wear during the Holidays?

Product of the Day- Primers

Today's POTD are two different primers that I use on a daily basis for
prolonging my foundation and eye shadows.

I have had friends ask me before (especially that have oily skin) how to get their
make-up to last all day without running off and my answer is very simple.
PRIMERS.

There are many different primers on the market and you can spend a lot or you can
find some really affordable options at your local drugstore. I personally have opted
for the cheaper route b/c I feel like while it's a very important product it's not something
you actually see.

My current foundation and shadow primers are:

On left is my foundation primer by Rimmel, Fix & Perfect. As you can see it claims to
smooth skin and minimize pores. I can't say that I really tell a big difference in my pores, but
it does help my foundation last all day. This product actually comes out an orange color, but no
need to fret b/c it blends in to your skin without any color. It does have a different smell that I'm
not sure how to describe. I personally like it a lot. It's not something that lingers or you will
smell throughout the day, but when first applied you do smell. Retails at drugstores
for around $5.

The primer on the right is for my eyeshadows and it's by NYX (sold at Ulta). It's
packaged much like a mascara so the applicator comes out in a wand form. This is a nude
color that blends in to your skin. This makes such a difference in getting your shadows to last
all day without creasing, running, or fading! This retails at Ulta for around $5.

These both are great products that will remain apart of my routine. I will never go back to not
using a foundation or shadow primer. Once you see the pay off of a lasting look it's a quick step you
will enjoy adding to your routine.

What are your favorite primers?

Wednesday Wishes- Face Tanner

It's WEDNESDAY and you know what that means... time to find out what I
am wishing for this week.

If you know your mom ordered this for you online does it still count as a wish?!?!
Well, anyway I know this has been purchased, but it's not in my possession so it's a wish for
now and I can't WAIT to get my hands on this.

I don't know about you, but my skin is so ghostly, pasty, lifeless, insert word of choice
for winter skin and it just makes me feel so blah somedays. So, I discovered a product
that will provide a natural hint of color to my face/neck without looking too overdone in the
winter. Not only is it a liquid self tanner, but it's also by a company that prides itself in being
a European skincare leader for decades so I know I'm putting a good product with good ingredients
on my at the moment very sensitive skin. :) WIN, WIN!

                             clarins

    Liquid Bronze Self Tanning

What it is:
A refreshing, lightweight milky self-tanning lotion.

What it is formulated to do:
This refreshing, lightweight milk-lotion provides an easy, fast way to develop a natural-looking, bronzed effect for the face and décolleté.

What else you need to know:
This product is allergy tested and non comedogenic.

I love that it is described as being a "lightweight milky lotion." That just makes me want to
put it on my skin during a dry season. I think self tanners especially on your face can often
make your skin look more dry, so it's nice to know that this tanner is so moisturizing.

I have read a lot of reviews on this and it seems to be a subtle tanner so if you have a bit
of a tan going on then this may not be the product for you. However, if you are like me I have
zero tan right now and want something that is very natural looking and will give my skin a
healthy glow and color.

This bottle is specifically formulated for the face/decollete area so I don't know how effective
it would be if you tried to put on your arms or legs. This tanner retails at Sephora for
$34 for a 4.2 oz bottle.

Does this self tanner interest you?!

Product of the Day- Concealer

Today's product of the day and review is brought to you by
Revlon and Maybelline.

I have been using 2 different concealers for different reasons, but they both have been
a favorite in my routine during these winter months.

On the left I have Revlon Photoready Concealer in the shade light/medium.
This is my favorite concealer of the moment for concealing blemishes, spots, or even
under the eyes. It's a thicker formula, but yet very creamy and blendable. I didn't use this
as much during the summer, but it's been perfect for me during the winter months as I have
felt my skin needs extra coverage in areas.

I have found myself applying a thinner layer of foundation all over my face and
then using this to really go over areas that are in need of some tlc for a more flawless finish.

Love this concealer and would definitely repurchase at my drugstore when I run out.

The concealer on the right is Maybelline Dream Lumi touch Highlighting concealer
in the shade beige (might need a lighter shade).
I have found this to be a great concealer for brightening up your under eye area. I don't have
many dark circles or bags under my eyes, but I still find it helpful for making my eyes
look more awake, youthful, and brightened. I had to play around with this a little to find the best
application is patting with your finger. I used brushes and sponges and wasn't getting the effect
I wanted, but after application I just use my middle finger to lightly dab the product into
my skin and you can see the difference a lot more effectively.

I have friends that don't use concealer and it's not always needed. You can always
double up on foundation if you need extra coverage, but for me during these colder
months I find it more needed and it gives me a more polished look when I want it!

These both have gotten great reviews in the beauty world for different reasons.
What is your favorite concealer?!

Product of the Day- Loreal Infallible Shadow

I'm back after a long weekend of food and festivities with a POTD.

I grabbed this Loreal Infallible eyeshadow in Amber Rush while out and about
with mom. It's one of those shadows that has been on my radar and I have heard countless
positive reviews on.

I must say the reviews live up and exceed any expectation I had!

These are sold as a single shadow and are packaged in this cute little plastic case that
screws off and product is in a little pot. This color is a beautiful rose gold color that looks
like pure gold when swatched.

It is rich in color, texture, and staying power. These are marketed as a 24 hour shadow, which
I can't vouch for, but I can say with a primer they last a whole work day without creasing
or losing the vibrant color.

I used Amber Rush as a lid color and paired a matte medium brown in my outer corner and
crease.

This color would make for a gorgeous holiday festive color due to the shine and shimmer
it provides.

Have you tried any of these shadows?!

Wednesday Wishes- Revlon Kissable Balm Stains

Happy Happy Hump Day!!

Ok, so this post is going to be super short b/c I'm about to head out the
door to see the family for Turkey day, but I wanted to share my latest OBSESSION.

This is going to be more of a teaser post and more to come later, but guys I can't even
tell you how in love and sold I am on these kissable stains by Revlon. They are the most
exciting beauty product I have tried ALL YEAR!!! All year people... that is huge!

I have bought 3 shades in:
Honey, Smitten, and Adore, but there are about 5 more that I want in my
possession.

They are EXACTLY just what they say they are. A balm that is moisturizing that sets
on your lips and leaves a stain that lasts ALL day. I'm not kidding... all day long. To the point
where you need to scrub it off at night.

I'm not a chapstick/balm kind of girl... I'm a lipstick/color girl. I can't stand not having
lipstick on. I feel like my make-up is just incomplete.
If you are like me on that you will LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!!!

I'm so excited!!!
Ok, so more to come later on my shades and other deets.

Have a HAPPY Thanksgiving!

Product of the Day- Dry Shampoo

If you have read my blog regularly or if you know anything about me you will
know that Dry Shampoo is a holy grail product for me. I could not live without this in
my beauty routine. I literally only wash my hair once or twice a week now and my hair
looks at it's very best when dirty and dry shampoo applied.

I frequently go through different dry shampoo's just to test and try various lines
and see what I like. I've gone through many bottles and they all pretty much do the job,
but I have found some that I really do like and one's that I don't.

My latest try/find is by Batiste Hint of Color for dark and dark brown hair.

This really caught my attention b/c the only bad thing I can think of with dry shampoo is most
come out white and with dark hair you have to spend a little time blending in. So, how awesome
to have it come out of the bottle already dark?!?! Well, that would be awesome if it did that, but
honestly it doesn't. It still has a white powdery finish, but blends in very easily.

Other than the color not living up to it's claims I have no other complaints. This product
is so wonderful. It has a great smell, gives lots of volume to roots when your hair is oily, and
refreshes your hair without washing. If you have never tried dry shampoo I HIGHLY
recommend this stuff. It has become such a staple in my routine that has saved me time in
washing, blow drying, styling and on top of that just makes my hair look better and more
healthy! Batiste is a great brand to try b/c it's sold at drugstores, and Ulta and is affordable.
This bottle retails for $8.99

You can get Batiste in Hint of Color for Blonde hair, Batiste original scent, Batiste
Blush, and Batiste Tropical. The scent of this one is the best I have tried in their line. I don't
know how to describe it. It's kind of powdery in a shea butter/beach kind of smell. Maybe.

Do you use dry shampoo? If so, what are your favorites?

Nail of the Day- Zoya Blair

Happy Thanksgiving Week!

I hope you all are looking forward to this week and are counting all your many
blessings. I actually finished all my Christmas decorating last night!!!! yay! I normally
wait until after Thanksgiving to start decorating, but just couldn't resist this year and had to
get started early! My little apartment is so warm and cozy. Love it!

Ok, so with this week being Thanksgiving and decorating for Christmas I have wanted a
festive Cranberry color to go with my theme!

Today's NOTD is by Zoya in the color Blair.

Blair is described by Zoya as:
"Cool blackened red with subtle hints of purple and smooth metallic shimmer"

It's definitely a cranberry/burgundy frosty red that is gorgeous and a
perfect holiday color.

This picture is in my car with the flash. I could wear this color on my nails until
the end of the year and would not get tired of it at all. It's just such a warm, festive, beautiful
color.

Zoya polishes are sold at Ulta, but the shades they carry are limited. I bought mine off
Amazon for $8.

What do you think about this color?!

Friday Face of the Day

TGIF!!!!

Well, we made it to Friday and I hope you have fun weekend plans ahead.

Today's FOTD is going to be a three in one... product review, holiday look, and fotd.

With the Holidays right around the corner I have tried a few looks that would be fun
to wear to a Christmas party, out and about, or just chilling with your family. I like this look
because it incorporates a soft gold eye with a wearable (in my opinion) red lip. I know some
people have a hard time sporting a red lip and if you are used to wearing a more neutral lip
it is a big change, but this one to me is a little more natural.

 Face picture with a flash
(you can see the colors a bit more vibrant)

Face without a flash in natural lighting

Key products used in this look:

On my cheeks I applied Benetint, a rosy lip or cheek stain that
gives a very natural flush of color.

After applying the cheek tint I applied this light pink blush by NYX in
Rose Garden to set the liquid.

For lips I used my new Covergirl blastlipstick lip duo in Smooch.
I have been curious to try this after hearing some good reviews and seeing all the
Sofia Vergara commercials.

This lip product is unique in that it is supposed to make your lips look
3 Dimensional as you use two colors. One shade is shimmer and the other is a matte cream.
The darker shade is to be applied all over your lips and then
the lighter color to the bottom center of your lip and it's supposed to give your
lips more depth.

Darker shade in Smooch.
It's kind of a brick red. It's not a bright cherry red at all.

Lighter shade in Smooch.
Lighter peachy/pink.

I have to say I do like the blastlipstick... it's very long lasting and has more of a matte finish
which I prefer. It does make for a more unique lip with the two shades incorporated. These
retail at your drugstore for $8.

Other products used for this look:

Face:
Clinique Even Better Foundation
MAC Soft & Gentle Highlighter
(blush included above)

Eyes:
Urban Decay Naked Palette in colors Halfbaked (all over lid) and
Buck (in crease)
Loreal Gel Liner in Black
Almay Get Up and Grow Mascara

Lips:
Listed above.

Have a great weekend!

Wednesday Wishes

Happy Hump Day!

Can you believe next week is Thanksgiving?!?!?! Where oh where has this year gone?
Sheesh Louise I can't get over how fast time just keep flying by.

My beauty wish list item this week is...
NARS Concealer. I'm a huge fan of NARS laguna bronzer along with a few of their
blushes (orgasm, and sin). I have heard amazing things about their creamy concealer and how
well it cover blemishes, dark spots, etc. My face has gone a little cray cray lately with
break outs so this could really come in handy right now!

Here is what Sephora has to say about NARS Concealer

NARS - Concealer

                                         nars
A lightweight, creamy, long-wearing concealer.

What it does:
NARS Concealer brilliantly obscures imperfections and dark spots with a creamy, vitamin-rich formula that nourishes the skin. Its long-wearing, crease-resistant, and ultra-light yet opaque formula ensures a flawless finish.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

What else you need to know:
This product may be used alone or over foundation.

Research results:
-97% agree that the Concealer has a smooth texture and felt soft on the skin
-93% agree that the Concealer stays in place all day
-90% agree that the Concealer blends easily

Size: 0.07 oz

This concealer retails for $22 so it is on the pricy side, but I bet it would last for
a long time depending on how much you use.

Have you tried any NARS products? Would you buy this concealer?

Face of the Day

It's been a while since I did a FOTD post, so thought I would give it a shot!

I recently blogged about some Revlon products I bought and thought I would incorporate
them into a FOTD so you can see how they look.

Two of these products, Revlon colorstay quad in Decadent and Revlon colorburst
gloss in Rosepearl have been some of my faves lately. Especially the gloss!! It's the most
gorgeous rose/pearl shimmery gloss that is perfect for fall. It's neutral, but yet gives a pretty
brown/rose pop of color. Love, love, love!

My Face. : )

Products used on eyes were Revlon Decadent Quad.
This quad is such a gorgeous soft neutral pink/gold color. It's soft,
feminine, and will look great with any blush or lip shade you want to throw on with it.

These quads are great b/c there are so many different ways you can wear them. Love
the gold (far right) and Cranberry (bottom right).

Great pigment and long lasting. Retails for around $7 at drugstore!

This Revlon colorburst gloss in Soft Rose has been a staple in my
make up looks this fall. Of course this color can be used anytime of the year b/c it's
so neutral, but man oh man it is so pretty on! It's got a shimmer and pearl finish that just
makes your lips look so healthy, sexy, and yummy!

I wish I had big plump lips, but I shall keep wishing.

This gloss also retails for around $7, but Revlon often has a Bogo special.

Other products used for this look:
Foundation: Clinique Even Better (loving)
Bronzer: NARS Laguna (fave)
Blush: Rimmel Autumn Catwalk
Mascara: Almay Get up and Grow (great)
Liner: Urban Decay Black

What do you think about this look?!

Wednesday Wishes

Happy Hump Day!
Half way through this week... : )

I feel like I have talked a lot about skincare lately, but if you are anything like me
your skin just goes a little bonkers in fall/winter months. Whether it's breakouts or just dry
flaky skin this time of the year can be rough for a girls outer layer!

I haven't heard about this brand at all until recently and after reading reviews it's going to
have to be a must have for me this winter. Put it on your Christmas wish lists b/c this one
looks like a goodie!

I feel like most of us are pretty good about exfoliating our face on a somewhat regular basis,
but often neglect our body. This seems like such a great routine for healthy glowing skin
this upcoming winter!

Step 1:

Soap & Glory - The Scrub Of Your Life™

Soap & Glory The Scrub of Your Life

What it is:
A super-smoothing body buffer.

What it does:
Use this buffer to smooth the body, from rough elbows and dry shins to the backs of your arms. Its alluring scent of Soap & Glory's signature Pink Fragrance combines fresh bergamot and mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach, strawberry, oakmoss, amber, woody notes and warm vanilla musk, amber, and warm vanilla notes on the bottom.

The scrub is $16 and is sold at Sephora.

Step 2:

Soap & Glory - The Righteous Body Butter

Soap & Glory The Righteous Body Butter

What it is:
An award-winning body moisturizing butter with softening shea butter and aloe vera.

What it does:
This body butter was formulated for very dry skin with a new dynamic moisture trap matrix to help hold hydration in longer. Its alluring scent of Soap & Glory's signature Pink Fragrance combines fresh bergamot and mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach, strawberry, oakmoss, amber, woody notes and amber and warm vanilla notes on the bottom.

The Body Butter retails for $18 for 10.1 oz

How cute is the packaging?! I'm curious to get into Sephora and actually feel the texture of the
body butter. I am so particular about lotions and creams. I can't stand anything that feels
too thick. I want something that is light weight, buttery, and will melt into my skin. I
hate having to rub and rub a chalky white lotion into my skin. If I grab this I will for
sure keep you updated with some reviews!

Have a great day!

Product of the Day- Revlon Quad

After really enjoying my Revlon Colorstay quad in Decadent I decided to pick
up another that had a darker more fall look.

Last year I really got into using olive and found it looks amazing on brown eyes. Olive
is such a pretty color that looks great mixed with gold and browns. It's also a color that is complimentary on any eye color and will give a great pop of color.

This is the quad in Adventurous and as you can see comes with:
Light cream highlight, olive green, copper brown, and matte dark brown.

These shades are gorgeous and rich in color. It only takes a small tap of these
shades to give off a lot of color. These quads claim to last 16 hours. I have not personally
put this to the test, but can say that with a primer these do last most of the day and I don't
experience any creasing.

Revlon Colorstay quads can be found at your local drugstore and retail for around $7.

Stay tuned for Face of the Day posts with these shadows incorporated.

Have you tried any Revlon colorstay quads?

Nail of the Day

Happy Monday!

I painted my nails yesterday for my friend and roommate of 5 years, Amanda's baby
shower. I wore a bright purple dress with chocolate brown boots and a brown necklace and
decided with all the brown accents going on I needed some brown nails.

I bought "Expresso your style" by OPI last fall and it is such a gorgeous coco brown
with some burgundy/bronze pearl undertones that make for a beautiful color.

This color is so warm and I love the pearly finish it gives.
It's one of those colors that I often look at and want to take a bite of b/c it
looks so yummy.

Natural lighting without flash.

With flash. You can see the pearly finish more in this one.

Would you wear this color?!

Product of the Day- Blush

Happy Friday Ya'll.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pink blush. I wanted something that was light, had some
shimmer to it, and was just the perfect shade of pink. I knew what I was looking for
and found it a few weeks ago.

Ulta has a brand called NYX that has some great quality products and a wide color range.
They are super affordable and provide a lot of dupes to high end products.

While I have heard many great things about their blushes this is my first NYX blush
purchase and have been very impressed. As you can see they are packaged in a sleek
black container and the blush is formulated to look quilted. Cute!

Isn't this pink just perfect?! I get real excited about certain colors and this is one of them.
It's so pretty I just want to scoop some up with a spoon and take a lick! ha!

The shade is Rose Garden and retails for $5.99. If you are looking for a great affordable
perfect pink blush that gives off a radiant glow then I would highly recommend this one!

Have a great weekend!
Have you tried any NYX blushes?!

Product of the Day- Lip Butter

I hope you had a great weekend. It has officially gotten chilly and feels like fall
here in Alabama. I am ready for a touch of colder weather... just nothing too crazy!

Today's POTD is a Revlon lip butter. These lip butters have been my go to lip
product this year. I have a variety of shades and they are very moisturizing, pigmented,
affordable, and just an easy product.

Sugar Plum is a gorgeous plum shade that is great for fall/winter. This color tends to
leave a bit of a stain behind due to it being a bit darker. It looks great with nude eyes or
purple's. Revlon lip butter retail for around $7 at your drugstore, but you can normally get
a buy one get one 50% off.

Have you tried any of Revlon's lip butters? If so which do you like best?

Hair Routine Update- Conair Curls

Hey Everyone, hope you had a great weekend.

Last week I did a post about a new hair routine I was going to try and see how I liked.
I thought I would give you some updates after trying the leave in conditioner, oil, and conair spiral
curlers.

So, let me first start by saying by hair was much softer and felt healthier with using the Loreal
Eversleek Argon oil. Big fan of that product already! They also featured it on the Today show
recently as a great alternative to the highly purchased and sought after Moroccan oil.

I still want to play around with these curlers some more because the morning after I slept on them
wet I wasn't thrilled with the look. My hair was a bit large and kind of crazy looking, but after a day or two of wear I actually did like the curls and look a lot. My curls were more defined, tighter, bouncier,
and polished looking. I do think these curlers would be a great look for a special event if you
wanted lots of volume and spiral curls or waves. So, if you have holiday events around the
corner this could be a great look to try.

I thought I would just attach some pictures of various days of having the Conair curls and
let you do your own analysis of what you think! : )

Last Tuesday night... project Conair Spiral curlers.
Not so sure about this....

Wednesday morning. CURLS!

I decided to pull the sides back so there wasn't so much going on
in the front. This seemed to tame it down a little and make it more wearable.

Curls on Friday night for GNO and celebrating Lisa's 30th!!

Me, Lisa, Rachel, Alison out and about.
As you can see here I took a bobbi pin and pulled back my bangs/front.

I am attaching this picture for 2 reasons:
1. You can see the front of my hair really well and the sprial curls.
2. Alison and I doing the Wop.
Nuff said. : )

Another curl picture with Rach on Friday night. She came down from C town
to spend the night with her bestie! We had such a fun night!

So, a few closing things to know about my hair with these curlers:
1. The look lasted me 5 days
2. Applying the curlers was easy and took about 10 min max
3. Taking the curlers out the following morning was effortless. No pulling or tangles getting them out.
4. After a day of wear they do become more wearable and tame.
5. Easy and affordable way to get bouncy curls.

What do you think about these curls? Would you try the Conair spiral curlers?

Wednesday Wishes

Happy Hump Day!!!

I'm very excited to bring you my second edition of Wednesday Wishes and the
items I wish to have in my collection.

Today's product is something I just recently heard about, but am so fascinated with
the concept.

Most of us girls love a good lip gloss, right? But, what's the most frustrating thing
about glosses??? If you're like me you would say how quickly they come off. Normally after
a sip or two of my drink or talking for a little while and it's gone. Who wants to just keep applying
lip gloss all day long?? Not me.

So, an alternative to gloss is a lip stain. A stain is going to stay on your lips for a long period
of time, not rub off, and give your lips a natural hint of color that stays through drinks, eating,
and whatever else you are doing with them lips! : )

Ok, so what if there was a product that combined both of the benefits we like from a gloss
and a stain? Glossy lips with the lasting power of a stain?!

I bring you... YSL Glossy Stain.

I'm going to let Sephora tell you more about why this products sounds like a winner:

yves-saint-laurent

                                                ROUGE PUR COUTURE
                                                 Vernis À Lèvres Glossy Stain

What it is:
A revolutionary new lip product that combines the texture and shine of a gloss with the long-wear of a stain.

What it does:
Coat your lips with this lip color that offers a lightweight texture, which immediately melts onto lips. Glossy Stain delivers intense glossy color for an extremely long-lasting shine.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Petrochemicals
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

What else you need to know:
The applicator's unique slanted tip and short soft bristles allow for flawless application with perfect precision.

Does this excite you as much as it does me?! The only thing that makes this product hard to buy
is the price tag. It's retails at Sephora for $32 for a .20 oz container. WOWZA!!! $32 for
lip gloss?!?! That's more than my foundation! So, obviously this would be a special splurge
product. Maybe a stocking stuffer, birthday surprise, or a very special treat for yourself.
I love a good treat. : )

YSL is a very expensive brand at Sephora, but they really are known for their lip products.

Would you splurge on this product?!?!

Product of the Day- New Hair Routine

My current hair routine since spring has been curly wavy natural hair and I
have thoroughly enjoyed this look. It's super easy, full of volume and curls, and glamorous.

However, my routine has left my hair really dry and somewhat unruly on the ends. Let's be honest
my hair could probably use a good haircut and if I brushed through it occasionally instead of
letting it dry naturally I might not have the problem I do.

So, I still want curls and I want them to be my curls without heat, but I want softer more
healthy touchable curls. I have done some research and come up with a routine that I am
looking forward to trying.

Step 1:
Washing and Conditioning with John Frieda Hydrating line for
Extra Dry Hair.

Step 2:
Spraying John Frieda Leave-in conditioning spray to
the ends of my hair where there is the most dryness.

Step 3:
Applying this Loreal Eversleek Argan Oil treatment to the ends
of my hair for extra smooth and soft results.

(Bought this last night and it smells ahhhh-mazing, retails for $14 and I am hoping
is a great cheap alternative to the expensive Moroccan Oil that retails for $40 plus)

Step 4:
Apply these Conair spiral rollers all over my head, go to bed with
wet head, and wake up in morning to take these out and hopefully have beautiful, healthy, soft,
touchable curls! Fingers crossed.

This will obviously require a bit more time than my current routine, but not too much more.
I still plan on this lasting me days before re-washing. I typically only wash my hair twice a week
and use dry shampoo in between washes.

Stay tuned for a review of how this look turns out.

Weekend Rewind, What's in my Bag?

Hey Everyone. I hope you had a great weekend. I grabbed a few things
this weekend beauty related and wanted to pass along.

I've been curious about the Loreal 360 clean cleanser with the
exfoliating and pore cleansing sponger for a while now.

I decided to try it out this weekend and see if it's something that may be a skin care
staple.

I love the packaging and how the pore cleansing sponge pops in and out of
the bottle. The sponge is really fun to use. It's got a nice soft texture and makes for a fun
experience to cleanse... you really feel like you are giving your skin a better and deeper cleanse.

Retails for around $6.

I needed a new base and top coat polish and have heard great things about the
Revlon Colorstay line and how long lasting and glossy these polishes give
your nails. I did use on Friday night and was impressed.

These retail for around $7, but Revlon usually has buy one get one 50% off.

MORE MAKE-UP WIPES!!! You guys know how much I love my wipes. I am
almost out of my Burt's Bee wipes and decided to go back to the Yes to Cucumbers. I have
used these several times and love how gentle they are and the cucumber fresh smell they have.

So, that's what was in my bag this weekend, what did you pick up?!
